Faceless donor settles San Francisco chorus dispute

Faceless donor settles San Francisco chorus dispute

An anonymous donor with a $4 million gift has enabled the San Francisco Symphony to pay 32 chorus members the pay increase they were demanding.

‘All of us at the San Francisco Symphony are deeply grateful to the donor for their remarkable generosity and belief in our mission to bring powerful musical experiences to our community,’ said SF Symphony CEO Matthew Spivey (pic, left).

Now all he needs is an anonymous someone to cover the orchestra’s massive deficit.
