Just in: Idagio enters Chapter 11

A false report in today’s Tagespiegel alleges that the Berlin-based streaming service has filed for bankruptcy.

This is inaccurate.

Idagio, we understand, is in the process of restructuring and has entered what the US courts call Chapter 11 protective bankruptcy.

Its founder Till Janczukowicz is no longer part of the company.

The service, tailored for classical users, pays full royalties to musical partners and is highly rated for quality.
