Three orchestras mourn their music director, 57

The Windsor Symphony Orchestra in Ontario, Canada, has announced the death of Robert Franz, its music director for the past 12 years.

Franz, 57, was also music director of the UNCSA Symphony Orchestra and artistic director of the Boise Baroque Orchestra.

The cause of death was a recurrence of non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
