The violinist and violist Maya Meron, whose career was disrupted by the collapse of an exercise machine at the Hampstead Heartcore studio, has won a £250,000 immediate court award, with further damages still to be determined.
Maya, 44, has undergone several surgeries to repair limb and abdominal damage.
