Biz news: Two midsized US agencies merge

Dinin Arts and Epstein Fox Performances have formed a partnership that unites the Dinin Arts roster
and EFP’s classical division.

EFP has a big hitter in Terence Blanchard. Dinin does good string quartets.

Here’s the release:
Dinin Arts and Epstein Fox Performances (EFP) are excited to announce a new
partnership — beginning December 2, 2024 — that will unite the Dinin Arts roster
and the classical division of EFP. For the newly combined roster, Dinin Arts
director Sarah Dinin will handle all classical booking for the East Coast and select
West Coast markets while continuing to represent her current clients. Michael
Fox, EFP partner, will oversee bookings in the Midwest and manage the existing
EFP classical roster.

The two agencies will each bring distinguished soloists and recitalists such as
violinists Eldbjørg Hemsing, Yevgeny Kutik, Arnaud Sussmann, and Melissa
White; cellist Tommy Mesa; bassist Joseph Conyers; pianists Henry Kramer,
Llewellyn Sánchez-Werner, and Einav Yarden. The roster also boasts prominent
chamber ensembles including the Borromeo String Quartet, Harlem Quartet,
PUBLIQuartet, Turtle Island Quartet, Verona Quartet, Merz Trio, SPA Trio, and
Black Oak Ensemble.
