Berlin’s Komische Oper has called off its summer production of the popular ex-DDR musical, ‘Mein Freund Bunbury’.
They say: ‘We would like to start the year with some good news, but due to the austerity constraints in Berlin, it is with a heavy heart that we have to cancel the planned production “Mein Freund Bunbury”. We are very sorry for this, especially for those involved in the production and, of course, also for all of you who have already bought tickets, which will be reimbusrsed.
