Cambridge names Tik-tok’s successor

Pembridge College has wasted no time in filling the organ bench lately vacated by Anna Lapwood.

The new director of music is to be Luke Fitzgerald, assistant director at Coventry Cathedral.

He says: ‘Big shoes to fill after all the fantastic work Anna Lapwood has done with the College’s wonderful choirs! I have every confidence that the brilliant young musicians of Pembroke today and in future will continue to make many new discoveries and keep bring their infectious joy to their music making!’
