Sydneysider Jason Henery is to be principal double bass of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, appearing in Strauss’s Alpine Symphony at last night’s concert.
Jason’s father, Alex Henery, is co-principal double bass of the Sydney Symphony Orchestra.
