Bible College sues composer for defamation

Indiana Bible College has filed a libel suit against composer Rosephayne Powell and her publisher Fred Bock Music Co. after she alleged on social media that the the school unlawfully based a viral hit song on her composition, ‘John 1’.

‘This song is undeniably a derivative of my work,’ said Powell on Facebook last month.

See ya in court, says the bible college.
