Fantastic to see Barenboim at his home. I am so proud to have studied with him for so many years, play so many concerts and recorded with him both as pianist and conductor.
A true legend and great example for me as a musician and as humanist! I have known him since I played my first audition for him in Cologne when I was 17 years old. It was a marvelous time spent with him and with his wife Elena Bashkirova.
