The Juneau Symphony has picked Brad Hogarth from a shortlist of four; he starts in September.
Hogarth is associate professor of conducting at San Francisco State University and associate conductor of the Monterey Symphony. He just missed out on the Marin Symphony job.
He says: ‘I’ve loved Southeast Alaska for a long time and I’m thrilled to be chosen as the next music director.’brad hogarth
