Belgian composer, 85

The proto-modernist Frederik van Rossum died this week leaving a body of mostly piano works and a bevy of publishers whom he sacked.
His In memoriam Glenn Gould for piano, opus 43 of 1984 deserves more attention.

He was professor in Brussels and Liege and director of the the music academy in Watermael-Boitsfort.
