The Hilbert Agency’s transition this year from founder Germinal Hilbert to successor Andreas Dellert has hit a bump in the road.
They have recruited Patrick Esser from the Baden-Baden Festspielhaus to put them back on track:

His career has taken him to the Festspielhaus Baden-Baden, the opera houses in Zurich and Leipzig, the state opera houses in Berlin and Munich, as well as to other renowned international music festivals.
With Patrick Esser, we are gaining a young, creative, and forward-thinking colleague with a keen eye for exceptional artists. During his time in Baden-Baden, he paved the way for promising talents to shine on the big stage.
With clear vision, enthusiasm, and determination, he will join us in writing inspiring new chapters for our artists.
