Boris Giltburg will continue his Beethoven Sonata Cycle and Grammy Award winner Brad Mehldau returns to the Hall with his concert titled Après Fauré to coincide with the 100th anniversary of the death of Gabriel Fauré, who has had a significant influence on Mehldau’s writing and playing.

Also this Spring, Nevermind returns to the stage with its four founders who each had a hand in transcribing one of the great landmarks of the keyboard repertoire for flute, violin, viola da gamba, and harpsichord, creating thrilling new perspectives on Bach’s aria and 30 variations. Leif Ove Andsnes visits the Hall in January and March, first for a solo performance of Chopin’s Preludes before returning with the Mahler Chamber Orchestra. Pianist Imogen Cooper’s profound interpretations of the late Beethoven will be performed in an unmissable program of the composer’s three final piano sonatas.
