Chicago Symphony cancels new music series

Artistic planning chief Cristina Rocca has written to subscribers, telling them the CSO MusicNOW has been suspended next season.

‘The series will be paused to take time to imagine new possibilities for connecting Chicago audience with new music,’ she writes.

Maybe the incoming music director is too busy with his four orchestras to learn new scores?
