Colon mourns vital technical director

Enrique Bordolini, Technical Director of Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires, died on Monday at 75.

Bordolini’s remarkable career at Teatro Colón began in 1964. He was a master of stagecraft and theatrical lighting, serving as Technical Director not only at Teatro Colón but also at Teatro Argentino de La Plata and Teatro Municipal de Santiago de Chile. His stage designs for productions like La Traviata, The Barber of Seville, Nabucco, and Die Soldaten were presented across America, Europe, and the Middle East.
