The Universal-owned UK label today signed a violinist, aged 13.
Her name is Himari and she’s from Japan. She’s due to make her European debut with the Berlin Philharmonic in the first Wieniawski concerto on Thursday.
Himari joins the Australian-Chinese Christian Lie, who was signed by Decca in 2020 when he was 12 years old.
