We hear that Spanish violinst Raquel Areal Martinez has pased her audition and been offered a place in the Berlin Philharmonic.
Raquel, 25, from Galicia, is presently a scholar in the orchestra’s Karajan Academy. She is the first Spaniard to be admitted to the Berlin Philhrmonic for 15 years.
