Paul McCartney attended synagogue on Yom Kippur

The singer-songwriter, with his wife Nancy Shevell, attended Yom Kippur services in Santiago, Chile, yesterday, at the Circulo Israelita synagogue. He is seen near the front of the congregation, wearing a white skullcap.

Sir Paul is on an extended tour of South America.

He married Nancy in 2011 at the Liberal Synagogue in St John’s Wood, close to their London home.
