The Bishop says sorry

The Bishop says sorry

The Bishop of Fulham has formally apologised for interrupting an evening concert in a London church while in his dressing-gown and ordering the choir and audience to go home.

A church statement reads: ‘Bishop Jonathan reached out to the organisers on Saturday to apologise for his late-night appearance at the concert, which he now understands had overrun due to earlier technical difficulties.’

The bishop had instructed them to ‘leave my house.’
