UK string quartets win big in Italy

Reggio Emilia, 16 June 2024 – The 13th International String Quartet Competition ‘Premio Paolo Borciani’ concluded on Sunday, June 16, 2024 at the Romolo Valli Theatre in Reggio Emilia. The jury chaired by Sonia Simmenauer awarded the first prize of € 25,000 to the FIBONACCI Quartet (Great Britain/Spain) the second prize of € 10,000 to the EDEN Quartet (South Korea) and the third prize of € 5,000 to the ELMORE Quartet (Great Britain).
