The Milwaukee Symophony has agreed a new pay deal with its musicians.
It involves a 3% pay increase in 2025-26 and 2026-27, and a 3.5% increase in 2027-28.
This is starting to look like benchmark across the sector.
Base salary in Milwaukee will rise to $81,594.
