We have been asked by the Department for Culture, Media, and Sport (DCMS) to pass this survey on to our artists and audience, both in the Hall and in the community: Arts Council England review – GOV.UK
As part of the ongoing review of Arts Council England (ACE) led by Baroness Hodge, DCMS is looking for responses from musicians, promoters, and audience members for their views on ACE. The survey linked above, prepared by DCMS, is aimed at both the music industry and at those who participate in the arts. For that reason, some of the earlier questions only apply to the industry, and broader views on ACE come later in the survey. We have been advised to skip and ignore any questions that are not applicable.
Wigmore Hall has already officially responded, but you are more than welcome to complete the survey as an individual. The deadline is midday on 24 April 2025.
