An encore enigma. Can you solve it?

A reader has asked us to identify Alexander Maloffeev’s post-Gershwin encore (38:00 on the video) from this description:

 

Over an elaborately arpeggiated left hand, the right hand plays a chordal descending major scale of one octave.  Starting from the top and going down, the note values are – a half note, two quarter notes, an eighth note followed by a dotted quarter, two sixteenths and a final half note.  Recognize it?
