La Scala recalls ballet chief

La Scala recalls ballet chief

Frédéric Olivieri, director of the corps de ballet at La Scala Milan from 2002-07 and again from 2017-2020, is back – at least for the next two years. He replaces Manuel Legris, who departed with sovrintendente Dominique Meyer.

He is the first recruitment by the new chief, Fortunato Ortombina.
