New boss in Cincinnati

The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra has promoted Robert McGrath to President and CEO. He has been with the orchestra for 13 years, four of them as COO, and he gets on well with music director Cristian Macelaru.

McGrath succeeds Jonathan Martin, who is retiring.
