Odessa soloist is killed ‘on volunteer mission’

Odesa National Opera has announced the death in action of solo tenor Vladislav Goraj.

He died today while ‘performing a volunteer mission in Sumy.’

The company adds: ‘Vladislav was not only a talent on stage – he was an example of strength, dignity and kindness in life. Even in the darkest times, he did not stay aside – he helped, volunteered, supported.’
