Laura Kuhn, director of the John Cage Trust which she co-founded after the composer’s death in 1992, announced her retirement this week. She met Cage while finishing her PhD on Europera. She also worked closely with his partner Merce Cunningham.
But with Kuhn gone, what happens to their legacy?
